Recipe: Welsh Rarebit

350g cheddar cheese

75ml calcium fortified Alpro almond drink

10g gluten/wheat free flour

25g bread crumbs made with Schär Wholesome White, Seeded or Vitality Loaf*

1 tbsp mustard powder

1 egg

1 egg yolk

Schär Wholesome White, Seeded or Vitality Loaf for toast for the base

Roasted cherry tomatoes


Garlic infused olive oil
