A delicious way to use the FODMAP-allowed mushrooms! Oyster mushrooms cooked with some delicious umami flavours, served on high fibre toast is a simple and delicious way to enjoy being low FODMAP and get a variety of plant-based fibres in the mix!

Recipe Serves 2

100g oyster mushrooms

1 tsp miso

2 tsp tamari

Mint leaves

Sesame seeds

*Schär Wholesome White, Seeded or Vitality Loaf toast to serve
