Kerri Major

Kerri Major is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience working within NHS acute services in Scotland. Throughout her career so far, she has gained experience in weight management, gastroenterology, coeliac disease, oncology and heart health, and most recently has specialised in the areas of surgery and critical care, as well as stroke and elderly/neuro-rehabilitation.

Outside her NHS role, Kerri also works as a freelance Sports Dietitian, as well as a Personal Trainer. She has a huge passion for helping individuals feel fit, healthy and strong through adopting an active lifestyle, as well as supporting athletes, both recreational and elite, to understand how to fuel themselves appropriately. Kerri also has a specialist interest in hypothalamic amenorrhea and RED-S.

Kerri enjoys delivering group health and nutrition workshops and is an ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist and an accredited UKAD Clean Sport Advisor.
